The load board, finally on your side.
A Chrome extension for DAT One that shows which loads fit and pay, emails brokers from each carrier's Gmail, reads and signs rate cons, and sends the driver everything they need.
Email three brokers in one click. Read the offers in one place.
Each email goes out from the right carrier's Gmail with its template filled in. Replies come back with the rate picked out and a counter based on lane history.
- Sends from each carrier's own Gmail
- Templates with lane, date, truck and MC#
- Offers picked out of every reply
- Counter suggestions from lane history
Read, signed and sent back before you finish your coffee.
SnapeLane finds the rate con in Gmail, reads every field with AI, stamps your signature and initials, and replies in the broker's own thread.
- Stops, appointments, PO, refs and instructions
- Signature and initials placed for you
- Sent back in the same email thread
- Consistent file names on every load
The driver gets everything. Only what they should see.
One click sends the route picture, stops, appointments and instructions to the driver's chat. Company drivers never see the rate; owner-operators get the rate and the signed rate con.
- Route picture with deadhead and loaded miles
- Tap-to-navigate pickup and delivery addresses
- Reminder 2 hours before every appointment
- Load status moves on by itself
Everything you do on the board, faster.
Drop or receive a rate con and SnapeLane reads stops, appointments, PO numbers and instructions into the load in seconds.
Learn more →Sign and initial the rate con in one click and SnapeLane replies in the broker's original thread, file named for you.
Learn more →Click send on any load and the carrier's template goes out from that carrier's own Gmail; replies and offers come back to the board.
Learn more →Every load shows the broker's credit, days to pay, FMCSA authority and your history with them before you call.
Learn more →SnapeLane shows net profit, $/mile, $/day and break-even on every load, from your truck's mpg, diesel price and driver pay.
Learn more →Every lane you search builds a 30-day rate range, so you can see where a load sits before you counter.
Learn more →One tap sends the driver the route picture, stops, appointments and instructions, with the rate shown only to owner-operators.
Learn more →Works with SnapeLane TMS
Every load you book on the board shows up in the TMS with its signed rate con, ready for the team board, invoicing and statements. Carriers and trucks you edit in the TMS appear on the board.

Questions, answered
Does it work on DAT One?
Yes. SnapeLane Dispatch runs on one.dat.com in Chrome. You keep your own DAT account; SnapeLane adds tools on top. SnapeLane is not affiliated with DAT.
Is my Gmail safe?
You connect each carrier's Gmail through Google's own sign-in. SnapeLane never sees the password and only sends the emails you choose.
What if I don't connect Gmail?
Emails open as ready-filled drafts you send yourself. Replies and rate cons can't be tracked until Gmail is connected.
Can I dispatch for several carriers?
Yes. Each carrier has its own sending email, MC#, trucks and templates, and each search tab is tied to one carrier or driver.
Do I need the TMS too?
No. Dispatch works on its own. Add the TMS, or choose Complete, when you want the team board, invoices and statements.
